We excel in cleaning “one of a kind” items. Most dry-cleaners do not understand the complexity of cleaning gowns and couture items and actually refuse them. Jerry Pozniak, the owner of Cameo Cleaners has over 22 years of fine dry-cleaning experience.

Each couture item is documented prior to the cleaning process to maintain the drape that the designer intended. Irreplaceable buttons and trim items are removed before cleaning for protection. Our exclusive dry-cleaning process is as gentle as hand cleaning but thoroughly cleans each fiber. Each garment is treated for individual stains and problem areas.

All gowns and couture items are personally inspected and hand finished for a beautiful result. Our exclusive packaging prevents wrinkling and crushing during the delivery process.



Our service is unique and insures a proper result. Each tie is:

  • Meticulously inspected and hand treated for stains
  • Gently cleaned with our exclusive method
  • Hand steamed with rolled edges and without seam impressions
  • Tips are hand-balanced
  • Packed in individual boxes to prevent crushing

Ties should be cleaned whenever stained; they do not need routine cleaning. After each wearing, un-tie the knot (to prevent wrinkles) and hang on a tie rack. Try not to crush your ties (it will ruin the rolled edges)


Leather & Suede cleaning is an entirely different process than cleaning cloth garments. 99% of dry-cleaners send their leather & suede items to outside sources for cleaning, most of the time with mixed results.
